Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At iNSEEDIOUS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cannabis seeds as living biological products and collectible genetic material, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.

This policy is designed to comply with applicable Dutch and EU consumer protection laws while protecting the integrity, quality, and traceability of our products.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under the return conditions outlined below.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer legislation.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

Products Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The security seal, breeder packaging, and protective materials remain intact.
  • The product is returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • The returned product arrives in resalable condition.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, quality-control, and biological integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened seed packs.
  • Seed packs with broken seals or damaged packaging.
  • Products showing signs of handling, storage, or environmental exposure after delivery.
  • Promotional, free, or bonus seeds.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
  • Products confiscated, delayed, or refused by customs authorities outside the Netherlands.

As seeds are living organic material whose viability may be affected by handling, temperature changes, humidity, contamination, or storage conditions beyond our control, opened seed products cannot be resold and are therefore excluded from return eligibility. This is consistent with common industry practice among European seedbanks.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where possible, include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the package and contents.
  • A description of the issue.

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment.
  • Store credit.
  • A partial or full refund.

The resolution method will be determined at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Seed Purchase Limits

To support responsible sales practices, maintain quality control, and reduce regulatory risk, iNSEEDIOUS limits purchases to a maximum of twenty-five (25) cannabis seeds per order.

Orders exceeding this limit may be automatically adjusted, partially refunded, cancelled, or placed on hold pending review.

iNSEEDIOUS reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion where order quantities, purchasing patterns, shipping information, payment details, or other circumstances suggest commercial redistribution, unauthorized resale, or an attempt to circumvent our purchasing limitations.

Multiple orders placed by the same customer, household, payment method, shipping address, billing address, IP address, or associated account may be reviewed and combined for the purpose of enforcing this policy.

Customers acknowledge that Inseedious sells cannabis seeds exclusively as collectible genetic souvenirs, preservation items, and adult collector products where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy creates an obligation for Inseedious to fulfill any order, regardless of payment status. Orders remain subject to review, acceptance, and availability.

Inseedious reserves the right to modify or discontinue quantity restrictions at any time without prior notice.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for unopened and sealed products that meet the return eligibility requirements above.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part.

Any price difference between exchanged products will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Refund Processing

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong item was supplied.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The order was affected by a verified fulfillment error by iNSEEDIOUS.

Germination & Cultivation Disclaimer

Cannabis seeds are natural products. Germination rates and cultivation outcomes can be influenced by numerous factors outside our control, including storage conditions, growing methods, environmental factors, water quality, nutrients, and grower experience.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific cultivation results, plant characteristics, yields, cannabinoid content, or successful germination in every case.

Any germination guarantees, where offered, are entirely discretionary and subject to verification requirements.

Legal Notice

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction before purchasing, possessing, or germinating cannabis seeds.

iNSEEDIOUS sells cannabis seeds as collectible genetic souvenirs, preservation items, and adult collector products where permitted by law. We accept no liability for actions taken by customers that violate local legislation.
